Lauren specializes in historic homes and restoration, first-time buyers, luxury properties, relocation, and move-up purchases. She brings a rare combination of neighborhood fluency and academic rigor, holding a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and graduate-level training in journalism (Temple University) and business administration (UNC), skills she applies directly to client advocacy, contract negotiation, and clear communication at every stage of a transaction. Lauren is an active member of the Philadelphia community, having served on the board of the Gershman Y, as a founding partner of the Hebrew School at Kesher Israel, and on the Cardiac Family Advisory Council at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
