I’m Carla Brandoff, a Philadelphia real estate agent who has been working in Philadelphia real estate since 2012. I’m a real estate nerd at heart—I love the houses, the numbers and the strategy. AND What I really love is helping people find the place that is their home and make the decisions that move their lives in the direction they want to go.
I’ve bought, sold, renovated, owned and managed properties myself, so I bring real-world experience to every conversation. I’m curious, candid and deeply invested in my clients. I’ll help you see the possibilities, understand the tradeoffs and recognize both the opportunities and the things that may not be worth your energy. And if I think something is a bad idea, I’ll tell you. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll say so—and then I’ll find it.
Before real estate, I worked on Wall Street, so financing, risk and strategy are familiar territory. That said, real estate has always felt like something bigger to me than a financial transaction. A home shapes how you spend your days, who you meet, where your kids go to school, how you feel when you walk through the door and, ultimately, the life you get to build there.
Philadelphia is home to me, too. I’ve lived in Fishtown, Fairmount, South Philly and West Philly, and I’m raising my children here and putting them through the Philadelphia public school system. I know the city not just through property values and neighborhood comps, but through what it actually like to live here: the schools, the parking, the coffee, the old houses, the neighborhood characters, the little discoveries and the communities that make a place feel like yours.
After 14+ years in Philadelphia real estate, I’ve learned that the right house isn’t always the one that looks best on paper. Often, you walk in and just know. My job is to help you recognize that feeling —and make sure the numbers, strategy and reality support it, too.
