Linc Slipakoff
Realtor
I have been active in both real estate and finance most of my life. I started in middle school working in construction, and investment banking during college. From there, I have over 30 years of experience in the debt, equity and derivatives markets as a trader, investment banker, private wealth manager and in private equity with over $1 billion in transactions.
I specialize in investment properties and have been involved in all aspects of the process from sourcing, transaction structure, financing, execution of post-closing strategies, and disposition.
I am actively involved in the Realtor community at the state, local, and neighbourhood levels and have served on the Board of numerous real estate organizations.
I earned my BBA (summa cum laude) in Finance, and BS in Economics with a minor in Accounting, from The George Washington University. I have completed additional course work at The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, McGill University, & Stanford University. In 2011, I was selected to the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors LeadershipPAR program and graduated in 2012.
I hold a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and have attained Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), CEX2, AHWD & Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations.
In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors on the trails, slopes, ice or the rivers. And most of all, spending time with my family.
